Eating healthy food leads to a healthy life .

 

             Everyone loves to eat delicious food. though we enjoy eating .most of us forget to think of the quality of  the food we eat.This  can lead to many negative effects because food coconsumption and health are interconnected .Therefor eating healthy food is very important .

             There are multiple differences between healthy and unhealthy food. healthy food refer to the food which is  beneficial for health in terms of  nutrition .organic food ,whole foods and natural food ...etc. can be considered as healthy food . A human being should take a balance diet including all natrients in correct amounts.By consuming healthy food, one can live a life free of  illesses and streets .

                     On the other hand,unhealthy food welcomes obesity. diabetes and also other serious and chronic              deseases.The best way to discribe          unhealthy food is the less nutritional 
food containing a hight amounts of colories,fat and sugar ,junk                food and   fizzy drinks are                      prominenet   excamples of this               type of food.
